Returns
Defective/missing parts: If notified within 30 days after your part is shipped, all defective or missing parts will be replaced. Either send an email to info@dryerventsystem.com with a picture of the defective part with an attached copy of the receipt, or send the product back in the box with a copy of the receipt. If a part is missing, send an email describing which part you did not receive. A new replacement will be sent back within one business day of the receipt of one of the above items. All shipping costs for the return and replacement of the defective or missing part will be paid by EZ Flow.
Shipping
All orders are shipped the same business day that the order is placed.

Warranty
EZ Flow warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship. If this product does not function as warranted, contact dryerventsystem.com for repair or replacement.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee (if the item has been used and must be sold as used).
Return Procedure
Please call us at 1-877-489-1118 to obtain a return authorization, and return information. Package the product in the original packaging wtih all the original parts and paperwork.
